BS棒銷式高效納米砂磨機
簡介：
本系列珠磨機采用先進的額研磨技術(shù)對高粘度產(chǎn)品進行超精細研磨，具有研磨效率高、產(chǎn)量大、能耗低等特點，廣泛應(yīng)用于涂料、油漆、油墨等化工行業(yè)。
特點：
緊湊的機構(gòu)設(shè)計，操作便捷，實用美觀；
棒銷式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，轉(zhuǎn)子棒銷對研磨介質(zhì)產(chǎn)生強烈的撞擊作用于物料，對物料進行強行的研磨分散達到對物料的快速精細研磨。
先進的大流量分離篩結(jié)構(gòu)，保證高效生產(chǎn)，不發(fā)生堵塞；
集成式雙端面機械密封，可根據(jù)物料特性選擇潤滑劑；
高耐磨研磨內(nèi)筒及分散器可方便更換，材質(zhì)有合金鋼、陶瓷、高分子、不銹鋼等多種選擇；
螺旋式水循環(huán)通道、多部位冷卻水設(shè)置，散熱性能**；全防爆按鈕操控和科學(xué)化的PLC觸屏操控可選擇；
進料壓力、出料溫度、機封潤滑郵箱液位等多部位安全控制。
