工作原理
1、該機(jī)工作部分為刀盤。高速粒子在撞擊齒板后部分被粉碎，經(jīng)吸風(fēng)抽出，而較大粒子則繼續(xù)撞擊，粉碎后被抽出。這樣減少了刀盤負(fù)荷，提高磨粉效率，又能使粉料得到均勻冷卻。
2、溫度低是該機(jī)的主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)。按熱功當(dāng)量：每小時(shí)作功后轉(zhuǎn)換為860千卡熱量。本機(jī)為外抽風(fēng)。風(fēng)量達(dá)50m/KW由進(jìn)、出口風(fēng)溫差，帶走大部分熱量。少部分熱量由水冷卻解決。要求冷水的進(jìn)口溫度不大于25℃，出口水溫度不大于45℃，夏天適當(dāng)增加冷卻水流，以降低溫度。
