Super Turbo Classifier STC is designed for large processing capacity in mineral industry, especially in non-metallic mineral industry to produce industrial mineral fillers, which has strict requirement about product fineness and particle size distribution. It is good for production of d98: 5micron to d98: 45micron, with capacity from 1 t/h to 30 t/h.
Structure Description
- 1 unit of vertical orientation rotor, with integrated vortex breaker, precisely treated by dynamic balancing process.
- 1 unit of drive motor, controlled by frequency inverter for stepless adjustment of rotor speed.
- Continuous feeding from top.
- Fine discharge from top, with integrated vortex breaker.
- Coarse discharge from bottom.

- Pressure drop lower than traditional turbo classifiers.
- Low bypass of fines and high classifying efficiency.
