主要特點Main features:
1) Can pull in the required high tem. to sample to get a rapid heating rate; also pull out the high tem. furnace and let the sample in the room tem. Environment to get a rapid cooling rate.
操作時可將實驗需要的恒定高溫直接推到樣品處，使樣品能得到一個快速的升溫速度，同樣也可將高溫的管式爐直接推離樣品處，使樣品直接暴露在室溫環境下，得到快速的降溫速率。
2) Used for graphene growing or CVD experiment with RTP requirement
