簡介 Brief introduction
用于金剛石、不銹鋼、高溫合金、鈦合金、有色金屬、硬性合金、及異型非標件的真空釬焊工藝。
This furnace is for the vacuum brazing of diamond, stainless steel, high temperature steel, titanium alloy, nonferrous metal, carbide, profiled bar, non-standard steels.
特點 Characteristics
◆ 采用全自動程序控制，運行平穩，工藝重現性好，人機界面可選。
Automatic control, high reproducibility, several man-machine interfaces are at customer’s option.
◆ 加熱保溫采用（石墨或金屬鉬）適用不同工藝。
The heating and insulation materials adopt graphite or Molybdenum for different process.
◆ 360度輻射加熱，加熱材料選用（石墨 鎢鉬），多區控溫。
The heating materials (molybdenum, graphite) can do raidation heating at 360o, temperature controlled by multi-zone.
◆ 對流加熱，低溫區對流加熱，升溫快，均溫性好。
Convection heating at low temperature, fast and uniform heating.
◆ 快冷系統采用變頻調速，穩定可靠，可分為內循環和外循環冷卻。
The fast cooling system is of frequency control, you can control the cool speed. Double cooling system (external circuiting and internal circuiting) is for fast cooling process.
◆ 真空分壓系統，有效控制高溫區合金成分揮發。設備結構為；單室臥式；雙室臥式；三室臥式等結構。
We adopt vacuum dividing pressure system to control the volatilizing of alloy. Structures: horizontal single-chamber, double-chamber, triplechamber.
