性能：在鱗片石墨的基礎上，經過科學配方和復雜的工藝流程生產的一種石墨添加劑，它主要用于環保型高檔金屬摩擦片和剎車片，有優良的潤滑性、很好的阻尼性能和穩定的摩擦系數，優良的熱傳導性，能減少局部因厚度不同而產生的震動。添加石墨的剎車片，散熱均勻，從而減少對襯片、偶片的摩擦和拉伸裂紋，還能減少噪音。石墨顆粒屬于摩擦材料專業產品，因顆粒有完備的晶體結構及內部氣孔，能量轉換性強，在較寬溫度范圍內剎車效率高、制動平穩，有效降低噪音、振顫，增加產品使用壽命。

Performances: It is a graphite additive produced by virtue of scientific formulas and complex processes on basis of flake graphite. It is mainly used for environmentally-friendly high-grade mental friction plates and brake pads, it has excellent lubrictity, good damping performances, stable frictio n coefficient and excellent thermal conductivity that it can reduce the partial vibration caused by thickness differences. The graphite-added brake pads have even heat dispersion, there by it can reduce the friction against linings and blmetal, as well as the tensile cracks,thus to reduce noise. Graphite particles are special friction material products,since they have complete crystal structures and internal porosity, the energy conversion is very strong, therefore, the brakes have high braking efficiency and smooth braking in a wide temperature range, thus to effectiveiy reduce noise and vibration, and prolong the service life of the produces.
