脈沖噴吹控制儀是脈沖袋式除塵器噴吹清灰系統的主要控制裝置。它的輸出驅動電磁脈沖閥，進而控制壓縮空氣對濾袋循序噴吹清灰，使除塵器的運行阻力保持在設定的范圍內，以保證除塵器的處理能力和收塵效率。除塵器分為多個倉室，各個倉室逐個單獨清灰，需要清灰的倉室停止過濾，脈沖控制儀輸出電信號關閉該倉室的氣缸提升閥.該倉室內電磁脈沖閥逐個噴吹清灰。
