TD75型固定帶式輸送機是通用型系列產品，是以棉帆布、尼龍聚酯帆布及鋼繩芯輸送帶作曳引構件的連續輸送設備。TD75型膠帶輸送機具有輸送量大、結構簡單、造價低廉、維修方便、部件標準化程度高、便于實現輸送系統自動化控制等優點。它廣泛應用于礦山、冶金、發電、供熱、煤炭等部門，輸送松散密度為500-2500kg/m3的各種散狀及成件物品。膠帶輸送機可在環境溫度-20℃至+40℃范圍內的使用，輸送物料的溫度在50℃以下。對于有防塵、防爆、防腐蝕要求的場合需要輸送帶可逆運行輸送時，應另采取措施。
其傳動裝置可根據用戶的要求選用電動滾筒或帶驅動架的驅動裝置。
其安裝傾斜角度一般不得大于20°。
TD75 belt conveyor is a series of popular type product, its towing
part is made up of cotton canvas, nylon and polyester canvas and steel
cord conveyor belt and used for continuous transportation equipment.
TD75- belt has the advantages of large amount of transmission, simple
structure, low cost, easy to maintain, parts with high degree of
standardization to achieve the automatic control of delivery system .It
is widely used in mining, metallurgy, power generation, heating ,coal
,and other sectors, and transport a variety of bulk materials and items,
the loose density of which is 500-2500kg/m3. Belt conveyor is used in
the ambient temperature of-20 ℃ to +40 ℃and distribute materials in the
temperature below 50 ℃. On dust-proof, explosion-proof, corrosion
resistant demands occasions, it should take other measures.
The gear can according to the requirements of users to choose roller-driven or with push bracket driver device
The tilt angle of its installation is not more than 20°generally.

1.表中輸送量是在物料密度為1.0t/m3，輸送機傾角≤18，物料堆積角為30的條件下得出。
2.可輸送物料密度在2.5t/m3以下。
3.輸送長度不局恨于表中所列值，可根據用戶的需要進行制造。
Accessory:
1.The conveying quantity is worked out by the following conditions: material density
is between 1.0 t/m3-1.6 t/m3;conveyor obliquity is less than 18 and the material stockpile angle is 30.
2.Density of material is less than 2.5 T/M3.
3.The conveying length is not restricted to the form; different length
can be manufactured according to customers’ demands.
