脈沖噴吹控制儀是脈沖袋式除塵器噴吹清灰系統(tǒng)的主要控制裝置。它的輸出驅(qū)動(dòng)電磁脈沖閥，進(jìn)而控制壓縮空氣對(duì)濾袋循序噴吹清灰，使除塵器的運(yùn)行阻力保持在設(shè)定的范圍內(nèi)，以保證除塵器的處理能力和收塵效率。除塵器分為多個(gè)倉室，各個(gè)倉室逐個(gè)單獨(dú)清灰，需要清灰的倉室停止過濾，脈沖控制儀輸出電信號(hào)關(guān)閉該倉室的氣缸提升閥.該倉室內(nèi)電磁脈沖閥逐個(gè)噴吹清灰。
